What’s in your newsletters?
Hi BP realtors!
I am drawing up marketing ideas so that when I can take my real estate licensing exam(and pass) in May, I can hit the ground running. My question is...
What information do you put on your newsletters that you send to your leads? I know the basic information is similar homes sold in similar neighborhoods/what your home may be worth, etc. But are there any other unique pieces of attention grabbing information that you creative agents have added as well? I was thinking to put in some market related info that people may find interesting such as rent, income, population growth and new businesses opening up. What do you think?
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!

Great questions Jacky,
I like the idea of sending information about population growth, new businesses, etc.
Here are some things that our team has implemented:
-Sharing a short funny story, quote, recipe ideas, etc. can help you build rapport as someone who is relatable and not just another Realtor with "now is a great time to buy/sell" content.
-Make sure your email has multiple "Calls to action" so that people can click to set up an appointment with you.
-Add in links to your social media profile(s). Let people connect with you on multiple platforms so that you can have a better chance of converting down the line.
-Lastly, share a link to your Zillow profile. Even as a new agent, you should have a zillow profile where you share more about yourself, your value proposition and the areas you service. Ask friends, family members and colleagues to leave you a Zillow review so that you can begin to boost your page. Those same contacts will also be your best referral source!
Best of luck to you moving forward!
Abel
