Financing with no US income

Hi! Im a US citizen but cuurently employed by a non US company, therefore I do not have income in the US. I've hit a lot of walls trying to get preapproved for a conventional loan because of that reason.

I want to buy a home for investment so I plan tu use the rental inome to pay the mortgage.

Does anyone know which bank or entity can give mortgages in this situation?
