Howdy folks, I know everyone on here loves to make money and I read of all the RE investor talk of cash on cash and ROI, but many of you would not believe the ROI's I make with real livestock(not everyone can do it like me).

The bathrooms & laundries were often back behind the kitchens so access was easy for such livestock & their veg garden was always well fertilized. 

If you will be allowing your tenants to keep pets/ livestock you can add additional rent (and pet deposits) if they decide they would like to use any of the additional land/ structures.
