Farmland Real Estate

Howdy folks, I know everyone on here loves to make money and I read of all the RE investor talk of cash on cash and ROI, but many of you would not believe the ROI's I make with real livestock(not everyone can do it like me). I know its not for everyone and it is a very complex and difficult investment to understand, but I would love share my knowledge and experience in this subject with a few individuals who have cash on hand and want to invest in real estate for the short and long term. I am a highly unique individual and this might be a once in a lifetime opportunity for a few investors and myself as well. Livestock needs land, and land needs cash. Anyone else invest in farmland?
