Writing a Lease for a new tenant in Idaho

I am looking at the BP tools for writing a lease for a tenant in Boise, Idaho; I see that the lease to download is dated 2019 while other states show 2021 and 2022 will there be an updated lease template for Idaho or do I use the 2019 version?
