I'm looking for lender options for equity loan on my land/home. Local bank I've been worked with on an investment property purchase says they will loan however needs to be ARM due to manufactured home. I'm looking for fixed rate 80% equity loan. home is just outside of Austin Tx on 8.259 acres with a manufactured home, 24x36 building, livestock barns and a rental on-site. owe $60k, value is approx. $300k. thoughts please.
