I am interested in beginning my journey but I am a bit nervous and I am not currently acquainted with anyone in the field.As of now, I have an interest in renting multi family units as well as flipping houses.Any words of encouragement and/or advice to someone just starting out would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe I'm overreacting, but since the deal is not yet ours, I am nervous to give this information to anyone. 

I have a natural nervousness as i am planing to start this business.

I'm extremely excited, but I also haven't been so nervous in my life.

Nonetheless, I was nervous that it would take too long to get permits and what additional hoops I would have to jump through to even start the rehab.While going through the permit process, I began the process of securing funds for the rehab.

So i'm extremely nervous.

I'm nervous because I don't know what I should be looking for as this will be our first investment property.
