Hello BP forums, my name is Isaac karter. I am an 18 year old from Texas who hasn't yet gotten his feet wet. I've done quiet a bit of research which include webinars, podcast, YouTube, and just some good old hard cover books, but even with all that information I'm finding it rather challenging to actually start making some deals happen. Since I have no saving or a sufficient credit history I figured wholesaling would be my preferred option. I'm not exactly sure what's stopping me, maybe it's the disapproval from those around me that shut me down from time to time. They think that I'm in way over my head and I should just shut up and get a "real job". I hope it drives me to become a successful real estate investor in the future. Thank you for your time, have a wonderful evening. -Isaac Karter
