Little nervous Newbie

Hello Folks - I am just starting to get into the business of real estate investing. I am 44 years old and a self employed computer consultant. I just want to say Hi to everyone. I have gone through some of the forums and very impressed with the level of cooperation and feedback the members provide to each other.

I am a very committed and hard working person and i firmly believe that i can achieve success in this business. I have a natural nervousness as i am planing to start this business. I hope i will find some encouragement on this forum.

I have planned to choose the Rehab area of real estate and educating myself by reading blogs and discuss forum.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback and encouragement.

Thanks

Irfan
