Most investors want control of their cash flow and land banking won't cut itin the US some of the biggest profits are made buying land in the path of progress Hands down.the key is understanding where that path is going and get ahead of it.also in major metro areas that are re gentrifying Infill lots can be a huge play especially if you know how to re establish the old plats.then you have the high desert or remote western US land and FLA land were you buy it very cheap and sell for a little more many folks do well with that strategy..

For all of those that follow the land geek and others who promote buying cheap tax sale desert dirt or FLA cheapo lots this is an excellent way to exit those properties at a premium price even today.

Ocean Tahoe Lala land Yosemite desert Redwoods , wine country Silicon Valley SF it goes on and on. .. 1/3 of the state is federal forest or BLM land plenty of room to roam.. now if you had to live in Compton or watts I get it .. but if you have money ..
