Hi BP,
I'm John from Riverside, CA. I'm looking to get started in buy and hold investing with SFRs. I've been reading books, browsing the forums, and listening to the podcasts. There's still so much I don't know. I haven't done any deals yet but am working to get my ducks in a row. I heard on the podcasts that working with a investor friendly real estate agent can be very helpful so if anyone had any thoughts on the matter, I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations.

Hey John,
Welcome to the party! I'm one of those "investor friendly agents" and have a house in escrow in Corona currently for an investor. When finding an agent to work with, it's important they know the grind it can be to find an investor client a deal. Many will get burnt out after the first 20 offers written :)
