Guilty of wasting last year without real estate developments besides my turnkey investment (I know, I know!)

Looking to get back in, anyone know of good meetups with BP people in greater SF area or East Bay? Mind you, I'm not looking to invest in California, except maybe a desert community for Airbnb.

Just need to get off butt and use some free time upcoming to re start the new year (early)
