Ignorance becomes irritation.

It might irritated some people that I want to earn fast money but when there is a flame, the fire is coming .so any advices to help m to move forward and fast are welcome ;-)

I know they won't allow you to remove the shingles yourself because of the toxic material and the strict regulations here for the disposal of it. 

Or their work ethic is not yours, or they are having a bad day, things can get toxic.  

Yes, I would be irritated. 

At best, the homeowner will likely be defensive and irritated.  

A Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago I got so irritated with myself, I went off to one of the rehab projects and fixed the gates.

I believe this is "the best" outcome with these toxic assets.
