Hello all,

It is a pleasure to be here. So as you read, I am new to real estate. Not just investing, but real estate in general. Still, I hope to make some profit while I go to college. I also want to not worry about money when I graduate. Getting a job has not been the simplest thing for someone like me (no experience and chaotic schedule). So, I decided to go this route as a solution.

I currently have no money, car, or support. I have been told of wholeselling and bird-dogging. But I found that I don't know what I'm doing. For example: I see a house. Now what? How do I know if an investor would like it? Run the numbers? What numbers? How do I get them? If I just want to bird-dog for now, do I need numbers? Ignorance becomes irritation. Irritation becomes fear. Not fear to fail. But fear of what happens if I don't move forward.

I would not be so presumptuous as to expect help. But any would be greatly appreciated.
