Hello all. I am working to wholesale pre-foreclosures. Any I could use any advice regarding a strategy in his to approach homeowners in this situation. Do I go in person or mail them a letter?
Thanks BP for any help

I see im out voted but i would suggest door knocking. Yes they are upset but if you go there willing to help them that says more than the giant stack of letters from your competition and your just hoping they happen to call you.
Its a people business, some will be pissed heck wouldnt you?? your losing your home! but some will be very very willing to work with you. i suggest door knocking. But im sure you will get results from either. all depends on how bad you want it :) Good luck !
