Have not hung my license yet, I’m currently in the interviewing phase.I’m really looking for an office with a mentorship environment at this point, since I such a newbie in RE.As far as an area I’m looking something in theDuPage County- Elmhurst, Oak Brooke, Glen Ellyn etc.

I have always loved working with my hands and I am looking to gain financial independence by byielding my assests, and real estate renting seems like an awesome environment to do both.

Not only does this create a less fearful first contact environment for the seller, it also helps you qualify them before getting on the phone and best of all allows you to capture their phone number even if they don't leave a message.Although not directly related to finding the deals, I would add that in any highly competitive area speed and personal touch can make a huge difference.
