New, young creative looking to create new market

Hi, All! I'm Luke, a 24 year old carpenter and college graduate looking to get into the real estate game. I feel that, with a background in art, carpentry, and style and design, I am in a perfect position to begin a career as a home flipper. I foresee my niche market being the remodeling of old farm homes in areas just outside of happening hot spots. In particular, I want to get started renovating homes outside of the Northampton, MA area, where quaint country homes are a prime market for visiting professors and working professionals. This area of Massachusetts is also very progressive in ideology, particularly environmentally. With proper investment, I plan to acquire properties with failing septic systems cheap and satisfy title 5 using alternative plumbing systems. This could be an extreme start up money saver, some times up to 40k. I am new to this game, but I am full of fresh ideas and energy. If anyone is looking to start a conversation and create a new, niche market to monopolize, it would be a great thing to work together. Lets create beautiful, healthy environments for people to live and make money all the while!
