My Class C properties have seen less than 5% vacancy because we communicate with tenants and market properties really well.

First off, make sure you are communicating appropriately with the tenant.

If the landlord is making a claim against the tenant's security deposit, he/she must send a written notice to the tenant's "last known address" within 30 days, via certified mail.In this case, since the tenant did not pay her last month's and stopped communicating with me, I obtained an eviction judgment.

The only issue we've had is with their team (communication wise), which is almost entirely located in Ukraine.

Communication is terrible, I’ve gone upwards of 2 weeks before getting a response   Out of the dozen or so I’ve dealt with at Home 365 there’s only 3 people that have been great to work with.

I am very worried many of those loans will be sold at low values.As others have pointed out, communication is not their strong suit and neither apparently is transparency.
