A large maple tree has caused aproblem with the line from the house to the septic tank and thebathroom has been removed.

However, we have probably about an acre and a half in the back that I think would be perfect to develop into a storage unit space (easy access for any size vehicle, etc etc.).

One way is to increase the rental income on the building as well as think about other streams of income from the property, perhaps there's parking or storage you can rent to their neighbors who would need it?

Or to self storage

I just don't like to see the number in my account tank.

I believe the water issue is coming from a leaking hot water tank and moisture from a leaking sink that was never fixed. 

RV park, self storage, other?

The next one I’m looking at is either self storage or smaller mulifamily 10-50 unit value add fund.
