All of our self-storage run at basically 100% occupancy except for our most recent addition.

Septic field lines failed in backyard and installed new small Elgin septic fields in front yard between drive ways and put a motor and dozing tank to collect from both septic tanks and pump through crawlspace for 30k 4.

I have septic tank separate for each unit in the back  with dozing tank with motor in middle Elgin septic system in the front of building.

@Maxwell Servais you could also consider adding a conjoined hot water holding tank.
