If I am, that's a game changer and I might have to rethink joining KW, but I guess I always viewed it like selling my car or whatever else, if it didn't require a license to do it, then my Broker wasn't entitled to the money.

One more suggestion....80% of the podcasts guests say that Rich Dad, Poor Dad is one of their favorite books (quite a mental game changer).
