Newbie-ish from Dawsonville, Georgia
Finally signing up, after recommendations from my sister, Holly (member) I have 2 rentals and am debating adding more. The two I own are right next door to me, which is nice, because it's easy to keep an eye on them, but looks like now I may have to branch out into something further away. I still have a fulltime job, so time is still a bit limited for managing rehabs, but I feel like that's where the real money is (more risk, more reward, right?)
Looking forward to some good advice,

Welcome to BP @Jack Forester. You definitely learn a lot here and also network with people. I always suggest the podcasts. The one with J Scott comes to mind for flipping houses. His books on flipping are great, you can find them at this link http://get.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook
