Hello all - new member here at BP. After 20+ years in marketing and on the cusp of becoming an empty nester - the desire to not only change careers but spend more time focusing on myself has led me here. An eternal entrepreneur - real estate investing has been one of those mysterious endeavors that I always assumed I lacked the capital and necessary experience to legitimately pursue.
With my last child about to head to college - I now have the opportunity to learn and pursue this path to financial freedom.
Looking forward to learning and meeting many of you and I am excited to start this new chapter in my life.

Hey Travis - While I'll have to admit that my strategy is a work in progress the entire 15/501 corridor from Cole Park down to the Pittsboro city center is looking like it is about to explode. Briar Chapel is finally starting to spread its wings as is Powell Place. I imagine there will be some good commercial opportunities outside that corridor but as those 3 residential communities begin to fill out I wonder what the outlook of non-new residential investing might be.
