Realtor.com has most MLS data, as it is the central public access hub of almost every MLS in the country.

Near a major business hub or a busy downtown, or in the suburbs?

I am in an excellent school district, right next to the tech hub, right next to the university.

If you're interested in getting to know more people in Coliving, I would join some of the Facebook groups for coliving,  such as the Coliving Hub. 

@Saj Johnson There are no plans to move forward with the third location now, They are only going with the Hub in Nashville, and the HQ office in Arlington, VA.

If you don't need a job and just want to contribute, maybe look at some of the large hubs for OZ information available on the web and start digging in?
