Hello, My name is Heriberto Cervantes and I'm new to this Real Estate investing, buying/flipping. I'm interested right now into Wholesale and flipping. Any suggestions, websites that helped anyone who had no experience when getting started out? I've been doing a lot of research, YouTube videos, etc.… I would love some advice that will help me out to get my first deal, where to find contracts I'm going to need etc.. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to BP @Heriberto Cervantes! This website itself has more knowledge and information than you will find anywhere. I would start by listening to some of the BiggerPockets podcasts. This will give you a good sense of what BiggerPockets is all about and you will hear advice and stories from very experienced investors.  As far as books, I would recommend:

Best of luck!
