Cannabis legalization 2018, which cities in Canada will be hot?

Hello everyone,

I am thinking about how this major change that is happening in Canada will affect real state. I could not find in the internet any article that talks about this. It looks like Niagara region and Alberta are potential candidates for industry footprint growth, which will lead to jobs, more demand for housing and potentially good business for us, RE investors. :)

Does anyone have any article or study to share on this subject. Personal opinions are welcome as well.  Regards
