Opportunity Zone development
I’ve been doing my homework on opportunity zones and think it will be an amazing program... I would love to find a job with a multi family developer that wants to take advantage of opportunity zones. I’ve been in residential real estate sales for 6 years, and have been studying and analyzing multi family property for about 2 years. I know I will make a great addition to a development team.... how do I find a job like this? I can’t seem to figure out where to start. I’m in Wisconsin, so local developers would probably be ideal, but I would travel as long as I could have a home office... I don’t actually need a job, but I want to contribute and learn :)
