I want to use the money in good faith, but its just not clear what is acceptable.

Taking the leap of faith or kept your job until you were actually working on a project? 

They are not going to have the manpower to do so.Also use the money in good faith and not go buy a new car or boat with it.Just like people getting in trouble for not using their self directed IRA correctly.

I don't know how your private money lender works, but usually, banks provide a GFE (good-faith estimate) that should outline all the costs.  

There is so much blind faith put into this concept that dealing with licensed agents/brokers, automatically qualifies them as knowledgable.

Pessimists (realists, if you prefer), what parts of the world around you make you lose faith in humanity, and why does it have to be that way, just because that’s the way it has always been?

First-time investors taking the leap in the midwest because they live in CA or NY are reaping the benefits of the BIG leap of faith!
