Getting Out of My Comfort Zone

Lately I have had an issue with finding properties that piqued my interest. Then I found one listed on the MLS and went to drive by it.

When I showed up to the property, I saw someone doing some landscaping work. I got out of my car, walked up and asked if he was the owner. He was not, but let me know the owner was in the backyard. I then met the owner, he let me walk through the house with no appointment and answered all my questions.

I submitted a over listing price offer today and decided against attaching an inspection contingency. I am hoping it makes my offer more attractive in a highly competitive real estate market.

Even if I don’t get my offer accepted, I made moves which got out of my comfort zone. Improving myself every day!

What could you do to get out of your comfort zone?
