Using flips for future investments
Currently living in SW Florida and I’m looking to jump into flipping homes! I’m sick of relying on my job to slowly fund my goals of buying rental properties (duplexes or fours) and I’m having an urge to try flipping homes. I’m looking for some to tell me if this sounds like a smart idea, or possibly someone has used flipping to find their other projects could share story! I currently work in construction but would rather use hard lenders and sub out the entire project, even though I’d be able to do a bunch of the basic repair work myself. That way I could continue working for my company and perhaps fully jump into flipping homes when I have a few under my belt! Thank you ahead of time for even just reading this! I look forward to some responses!

You can definitely make chunks of money on flips, especially if you have experience in construction.
