I've started with @Scott Carson first with his August 2017 VNBW (Virtual Note Buying Workshop) then joined  the October 2017 Note C.A.M.P. 4 which is a 4 day seminar online packed full of information sessions by key note industry speakers.

They typically have a free workshop for beginner investors about once or twice a month.

There are complete youtube workshops on accounting Even to walk you through quickbooks as well.

Engage in events, such as REIA meetings and local workshops, where you have a shot a meeting people.
