Hi everyone! Officially new member but unofficially...
I've been reading BiggerPockets for about 4 years now. I just created an account to join in on the conversation because, well, there's so much good stuff being exchanged between everyone. I wanted to get in on it and make some friends.
A little about me:
I live in NYC but am from Texas. I'd been investing on the side while keeping my full-time advertising agency job and, just this year decided to leave and do my own thing.
I control $7M worth of real estate investments which includes single family home portfolio and an apt community where I just did a syndicated deal. I'm a buy-and-hold investor.
Great to FINALLY join in and say hi to everyone. Looking forward to being an active member of this community.

Welcome to BP @Joe Fairless . That's a great accomplishment in your portfolio. I hope that its producing a ton of cash flow for you.
