I'm not an Eddie Speed Student. I'm a full time Note investor. I do business with about 12 to 15 Eddie Speed students that are active Note investors. I agree 100%, do your own due diligence on who you pay money to, for Education. 2 ways to succeed; Mentors & Mistakes. It comes down to the individual taking action and most won't do it. Education is a big part in this business. Most people need a Mentor or some type of guidance. Bigger Pockets is awesome for help & guidance. Just my 2 cents.
