This will impact my revenue and I've barely broken even in my first 2 years.

The house was broken into with no damage twice.  

Just the phone number and current rent amount.I purchased the property on August 16 and introduced myself on September 20th.

I also wouldn't want to drive through Clark-Fulton at night to replace a broken light fixture.

Account Closed 5 should be enough because:1) Most DIY landlords don't follow privacy laws and will give you feedback on the phone.2) You can weed out a decent amount of applicants due to low income, lack of job history, etc.

Now it's two weeks later and they are not returning emails or phone calls.  

Not to sound too déclassé about it, but broken condoms can equal broken dreams.

Since it's tracking via your phone, it tracks everything whether you're in the "subject" vehicle or not. 

Example - say the tenant calls in to the PM and says the front step or handrail on the house is broken.
