I'd also recommend attending some of the webinars offered here at BP.

Be sure to take in all the podcasts and webinars you can and get familiar with the calculators.

I’d also recommend listening to the weekly webinars.

If you're still working on getting the feel for putting comps together yourself, there's a lot of ways to improve - BP webinars, local REIA's, books, etc.

In a recent webinar, Brandon Turner stated his goals for cash flow ($200) and cash on cash value (12%) for single family homes, what are good goals for a small multi-family (duplex, tri, quad)? 

I ordered all of  the BP books and have been watching and listening to all of the podcasts, along with taking advantage of the free weekly webinars. 

I am very new to BP and have been watching webinars and reading as much as I can.

The webinars have been great and brandons books have been very eye opening.

Since I'm in a holding pattern until we move, I've been researching the BRRR method, listening to the podcast, reading posts on the forum (most of which are over my head right now) , and attending the webinars.
