Thank you in advance for your time. I will not disrespect your or your time by asking you to do my thinking or my work. I am a new member on the forum (withing 72 hours). I have followed the PodCasts for several months. There is much to learn and an abundance of knowledge here that I must find and act on. People who are active on this forum, and actually doing deals are who have the advice I seek. If anyone is willing to offer advice on my current plan I'm detailing it below. My current plan: 1. Watch all of the Bigger Pockets podcasts with what remains of the year 2. Determine what books I need to read this year, then buy and read them 3. Ask intelligent questions until I can contribute meaningfully to the forum 4. Learn how to analyze deals and analyze 3 daily for last 90 days of the year 5. Determine what niche my military lifestyle fits around ... ?. Contribute meaningfully to community ... 872. Have enough properties/income to support my family and lifestyle for when I can retire from the military in 8 years. Again thank you for your time, there's much work to do and it's up to me to do it. Have a good one.
