Yes I do have a broker but he focuses mostly on residential sales in the city and he said that sort of property isn't in his wheelhouse so we are both learning as we go as far as procuring buyers for this sort of property.

Multi-family is where it's at when it comes to investing and I would recommend you look at craigslist and other ways to procure property through owner financing before you look at an agent.If you are looking for an agent then search for real estate agents on BiggerPockets or just hope people can reply to your post with their recommendations.
