Interview Questions for Brokerage

Working towards my RE sales associate license and I want to start off within a brokerage firm however I know there are pros and cons to signing on to a firm. What are some questions I can use in interviewing firms to make sure it's beneficial for me as a newbie?

Are you looking to become a agent as a full time career or only as an investor?  I think the answer to that question will dictate the type of questions you might want to ask.

Someone who is looking to become an agent full time might ask questions regarding the training and mentorship programs the brokerage offers.  On the other hand, an investor just looking for a place to hang there license might be more worried about the monthly/yearly fees and receiving a higher commission split.

Back in December I went through the interviewing process and if you want, I can provide you with some of the questions I asked.
