Rental Property - Please help

Hi guys,

Can someone here please help me. I am working a this greedy realtor, we went to see this property which I intended to buy for rental income. Right from after the time I showed interest in making an offer, he has been stylishly telling me to make high offer as the area is expensive - so he said but I objected and made an offer through him for an amount 25k less than what he proposed. He came back with the sellers counter offer which am not will to pay and since then he's been pressurizing me to make a higher offer so as not to lose the property. Truly I like to buy this property but my gut is telling me that this realtor is not working for my interest. My question is how possible is it to work with another agent to get this property at this stage - Can I cancel and go with another realtor to make a higher offer - say I add 10K to my initial offer? Is it still possible? I have a feelings that another realtor that has my interest might be able to negotiate a cheaper deal for me.

Thanks,

Dee
