Now for a little background on me...Recently I earned an MBA with a real estate focus from the University of Pennsylvania and live in CA (distance learning program).

I'm at FSU getting my MBA now.

I´m a finance guy so I like spread sheets, making projections, numbers, etc....My brother (MBA) recomended my this awesome network and I have been reading some post and I´m amazed how americans take everything beyond their limits, in this case, making an online real estate community where everyone benefits by their direct or indirect participation.So I was wondering if this is a particular network for US citizens or there are people for around the globe.I also, would like to start a community/network like this in my citiy in Mexico, using this plataform of course, but I don´t how this would work or even if it can work here.I would like some recomendations for a young enthusiastic foreing that it starting in the familiy bussiness.Thanks.Oscar.

My near-future goals include graduating next year, getting a finance job, and having the company sponsor me to go back and earn my MBA.

Im 23 and considering going for my MBA in data analytics or possibly something geared towards real estate.I am not looking to quit my job to be "financially free" but rather to use my income to aide in getting started with REI.

I'm currently getting my MBA, and I hope to move away to a larger city after graduating.

Someone to sign things and take all of the liability away from them, while having absolutely NO say or control (autonomy) to change ANY of it.At this point, I am working fulltime in locums medicine (that means I travel to communities who desperately need my help), while spending my evenings working 2 fun little direct sales businesses (to learn how to market and sell, since I have no experience), finishing my real estate course for this new state (in case we stay longer than anticipated AND because more knowledge is ALWAYS better), AND working on an master's level certificate in Financial Planning (so I can get a much better understanding of the "business world" before committing to something as pricey as a MBA (I have enough debt already!)

I feel like I just got my MBA in house hacking.
