This may be a case of either (1) attempted fraud with you or (2) the estate left the house to someone else or some charity or other entity.

For those who are feeling charitable, give to charity but don't force me to do it. 

Sounds tough to get in but they aren't, just have to join one of their charities/associations. 

They don't care about maintaining her charity.

We are not running charities and it is not the responsibility of private property owners to provide free housing.
