There are a bunch of resources out there that will assist you, like David Greene's book "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" which can be found on this site under the bookstore.

Not a "wholesaling" book per se but I'd recommend Finding and Funding Great Deals by Anson Young in the BP book store.
