When you can't find answers to specific questions on the BP forums or their facebook page, turn to their list of books. They have literature on real estate basics and taxes. Outside of that, you can use a library card to access either Overdrive or Hoopla and check out countless e-books and audiobooks on real estate and taxes. There are also hundreds of useful, free podcasts on whatever streaming audio service you use. I enjoy Coach Carson, Cashflow Ninja, and many others.

But if you want to get truly good at real estate investing, buy a property as soon as possible. Nothing teaches faster than action, and real estate is tremendously forgiving so even mistakes tend to create profit on a long enough timescale. Best of luck to you!
