Good Afternoon All,Over my time in the industry I’ve encountered one question from new/newer LOs repetitively.

When you have a plan, and the stuff you're reading is getting repetitive and boring.

@Joshua Dorkin it happens the first time when you load posts (when you click load more posts) --  a single lien of repetition. 

Most will start to see your repetitiveness, they will or should be discounting your fees.

After you listen to so many they become very repetitive.

It's all about repetition and consistency.

Direct mail is about numbers and the most common thing I see with those who fail versus those who succeed is tenacity.If you're going to send mail it doesn't matter as much what the piece looks like as it does the volume and repetition that you send in.Post cards are just as effective as letters.

I agree with what has been said above and don't want to be repetitive, but keep in mind that the forces that work in your favor when you are buying will work against you once you are on the other side and have become the owner.

I know people who are buying many houses repetitively because they've built the right foundation.
