There are so many veterans who have carved nice paths in real estate investing all over the site and as guests on podcasts that you can learn from as well.

Unfortunately, not only is the Orlando property losing money every month, but it has also decreased in value since I purchased it.

It's actually 60 days, win or lose.  

I'm a beginner as well, but have been reading this site enough to see the recommended (over and over) approach is to leverage your presumably un-tied-down youth to move every 2 years, each time using 3.5% down payments to buy multifamily buildings / house hacks.

Our dollar is losing value so you need to be with a solid operator in institutional assets that cashflow in markets while hedging inflation with tax benefits. 

I am listed on 5 platforms plus have a direct booking site and I rank highly across my 5 listings.  

It is a very secure investment, and it is almost impossible to lose money on this deal.

Real estate for the last four years was betting on red or black but the ball was fixed to win as it was nearly impossible to lose.

I used Hostaway for the last year and the they recently snuck in a 1.8% fee for our direct booking site.
