Oh I forgot to mention, I now have to plug my refrigerator up using an extension cord because the outlet behind the fridge is not working.

Hi Suzanne, yes it has been a big issue for us lately.Appliances can make a difference; renters tend to expect a stove and fridge.

Hello BP community :)Ran into a little issue tonight - found that when I "fixed" my fridge's drain pan to stop my freezer from forming huge ice sheets at the bottom of the fridge, I caused some kind of leak. 24 hours later, my wife noticed the warping laminate near the fridge.

Such as appliances oven, fridge etc can I take them?
