Ex left need help

Ex husband left myself and my son in the house moved out of state and has not paid the mortgage in three months... I know he is going to just let it go into foreclosure... I have a few questions. Any help is appreciated.

What items besides my personal items am I allowed to take with me? Such as appliances oven, fridge etc can I take them?

Also since the house is in poor condition how are they going to auction it off or have the bank buy it back? We are obviously upside down on our loan. He has not taken care of any of the household maintenance that needed to be done.... things are falling apart. Basically, the house was bought for $158k and are they going to just auction it or price it as is or do an apprasial?

Oh and if it matters I am in washington state. Also, how many days do I have from the notice of foreclosure to get out of the house? I have heard 5 days?

Thanks!
