The home is not the everyday home you see in the cookie cutter neighborhoods.This is a log home with no drywall inside. 3800 sqft, 4/3 bedroom with a loft (the loft has a closet).

Over time, they've allowed me to use some of what I grew in my IRA to form an SDIRA and use those funds for REI.My bottom line is I think people are using a rule of thumb "Be debt Free" as a cookie cutter "key to financial success" when I think the timing (related to interest rates) makes this the best time ever to borrow money for anyone who is young and making investments for long term growth.

It was a package deal and it took me much longer to find my first deal so by the time I had the deal, my mentoring was over 'officially' but they did continue to help me a bit.A really good mentor will tailor a program for you and not just put you in their cookie cutter program.
