My name is Darren and I am seeking a Wholesaling Mentor within the Weber/Davis County Area in Utah. I have been doing much research/reading but need guidance from someone that has been there done that. I am coachable and ready to learn/do what ever it takes to be a successful wholesaler!

MODERATOR: POSTS ASKING TO BE ADDED TO A BUYERS LIST WILL BE REMOVED. THAT'S ALLOWED ONLY IN THE MARKETPLACE.

@Darren Nichols you don't need a mentor. You certainly don't need one who's going to charge you $5000, $10,000 or more for your training. Do some reading in the wholesaling forum, including the sticky "truth about wholesaling" posts. Wholesaling sounds easy, which is why these gurus can convince people to pay $10K for "mentoring". It is not easy at all. You need a lot of knowledge (how to accurately determine value, how to accurately estimate repair costs) and you need to invest significant time and money to generate leads (sellers). Spend some time reading and then ask specific questions about the parts that aren't clear.
