As a owner of the property, do I receive original deed, title information and certificate of occupancy?

In the future, I will definitely request all documents prior to a PSA as you suggested.

There is usually specific description of when a property can be considered abandoned and what documentation you have to have.

I sent them the info 4 days ago and all I have received in info I can see on the portal and county assessor website.

I get boy friend girl friend moving in together then they break up and at the end of the lease when they received a jointly named check one would call me to issue a single name check because "I don't talk to him/her anymore".
